If you were ever ripped off by Cyberwings (cheap hosting scam run by Shawn White) write to the judge and complain:
So, folks could write to the judge and point out that Shawn abused a position of trust with his company (worth another 2 points, taking Shawn out of the "freebie" zone, possibly), and could argue that Shawn has been engaged in a pattern of conduct where he has continued to engage in abuse of position, fraud, etc. Don't know if the judge would pay attention, but it couldn't hurt.
